  • Design and Make a Willow Dreamcatcher (Child) with Sheila Roussel
    Nest

    On Friday 9th August

    1pm - 3pm

Native American ancestors believe the night air is filled with good and bad dreams. The story of the Dreamcatcher says that it attracts the good dreams while catching any bad dreams in the centre web. The good dreams float down the feathers into the dreamer while the bad dreams are held in the web and disappear at first light. Join Sheila Roussel in this fun, experimental workshop to design and make your own Dreamcatcher. Learn to weave the willow frame, the centre web and how to and use an array of yarns, beads and feathers to embellish your own Dreamcatcher design.
